Even though cause of diaper rash is using disposable diapers most of the time, babies can still get rasy eveh when they are using cloth diapers. The reasons vary but it sometimes relates to what they eat or even what their mother eat when they are breastfed. When a baby is nursing, and when the mom eats a lot of wheat or citrus fruits, the baby could get rash. The same could apply for babies who are just starting to eat solid food. Just watch what you ear or what they eat and introduce onething at a time so you know what is causing the rash.
